Helping Organizations Build Trust, Clarity, and Momentum Through Better Conversations

Our Purpose

We believe engagement isn’t a program—it’s a relationship. Our mission is to help organizations thrive by creating workplaces where people love to work.

Despite billions spent on engagement surveys and training, most organizations still struggle with disengaged employees. Why? Because true engagement happens in conversations—between managers and their teams.

That’s why we created Conversations That Matter (CTM): a practical, structured approach to engagement that works.

Jacob Schneid

Jacob Schneid’s work is grounded in a simple yet powerful belief: at the heart of every employee-employer relationship is an unspoken agreement—“If you, the organization, care for me, I will care for you.” When employees feel truly supported, they respond with strengthened performance and a desire to stay.

Jacob’s goal is to help organizations become places where people love to work and performance thrives. To achieve this, his work has included designing and delivering training programs, coaching managers and executives, and consulting on organizational improvement.

Recognizing that meaningful conversations are a key force driving engagement and performance, Jacob has focused in recent years on enabling semi-structured employee- manager dialogues that build rewarding work experience and careers for employees.

He is the creator of Conversations That Matter—a series of eight guided conversations accompanied by coaching and other support to bring about sustainable impact.

In the wake of the pandemic, Jacob believes that the pandemic has created a great opportunity for leaders to reimagine the workplace.

He is energetically supporting this transformation—one conversation at a time.
